ANNOUNCEMENT: We will further improve the game and listen to your suggestions but please be patient

If going make sequel or plan to add new features to this game i say maybe have where you can have devs do like a kickstarter for help on making game like fanbase maybe donate small amount of money? lol just like a idea or something but it could maybe like help for the first stage of making money just it be small amounts depend on how big fanbase got.

But what i like to see most though can publish your game for different consoles maybe like 3 or 4 depending on how much put it on? sorry just little tired so trying to word best i can.

plus i like see maybe like last office where you can add more like work places for more workers and can have them work on other game too? well this all i got for now? :3 sorry if hard to understand .-.

  • Popups for game sales records and various other common scenarios don’t have
to be shown every time they happen. After a while, getting 500k sales is not newsworthy.
  • Being able to research any topic, rather than just a few of them at the
time also seems more realistic and would be waay more convenient.

I really like the game so far, and I really hope it does get on steam, because until then, I only have the demo version to play. No credit card, but plenty of money to buy it :(. But Ive been playing the demo and watching some youtube videos (especially from Theazndvd which has played a large extent of it). Just here giving the thumbs up to you guys for the game, and the irony.

As for additions, maybe be able to choose what kind of marketing to do, or maybe make your own consoles at some point. I know its GAME dev not CONSOLE dev but still a cool idea.

Bot of those things are already possible in the game

first I’d like to thank you, for making a great game

I’ve seen a lot of good suggestions like Cross-Platform/Port, DLC/Patch
it would also be nice if sequels didn’t require research, it’s not that hard to put a number after a title

some suggestions I haven’s seen a lot of is, the popup events
it would be nice if at least the ones that doesn’t require user input to be in an event window, which one can click to view at ones leisure, instead of having to click the OK button every 5 min

I would also like to have a bank screen, where I can see all data regarding money
also to get a loan, instead of the “game over, would you like a second chance?” popup

hope to see a lot more development on this game… or a sequel

thanks again

Agreed. The main problem with the game is the UI. It needs work better so people can enjoy it better.

Well, many people have similar ideas.

This is some stuff that maybe is better for a sequel or expansion pack.

  1. All the Research Lab to have an option for Sport Licenses (parody of NFL, FIFA, NBA, etc) that give a huge bonus in sales for sport games.

  2. Allow the Research lab to have an option to be able to hire 2-3 extra employees so that you can have the chance to have a 1 Specialist for every category,(right now you can’t)

  3. Allow the Research Lab to have an option for BETA Access for MMO’s in that similar to magazines players give you reviews before you launch the game and have the ability to rearrange sliders + or - 25 % again before you launch the game ,(for a cost and some time of course).

  4. Collector’s Editions that increase first month’s sale extremely and add some Hype.

  5. New Custom Hardware like Toy Gun, Guitar, Fitness Gear (wii sports), Arcade

  6. Huge Campaign option (game gets in store promotion and midnight release party 5 million)

  7. Research Lab Option that unlocks after Convention called Electronic Gaming League ,(similiar to league of legends/starcraft aka a game tournament for your game)

  8. Research Lab Option for a GRID 2.0 to make more passive income, and can be based on an App Store.

  9. A screen that allows you to see the Top Games 20 of the year (similiar to GameBiz), and compete for Game of the Year

  10. Hardware Lab allows more customization similar to gameBiz that is still user friendly. You have to select from each screen a Processor, Graphics Card, Sound system, Memory, etc.

for user simplicity you can can make it easy on the users by listing making better stuff cost more :

C.P.U
900 MHZ Generico Chip (3 million)
1.7 Ghz Intelco Celebro (7 million)
2.3 Ghz Amada Qubix (19 million)

Graphics
64 MB Retro Uno (9 million)
128 MB Mvidia 700 (21 million)
256 MB Megaforce 8000 (32 million)
512 MB Cellcore Xtreme (43 million)

and up to 16 GB of video memory.

In the beginning you only have 3 choices but you can unlock better stuck by researching Blueprints or something.

  1. Maybe some futuristic consoles in the end game to allow the game to end at Year 50.
Maybe a transparent screen mobile phone, a Google Glass Console, and more wacky ideas. you can also unlock 4D.

1 2. Maybe new Reaserch Lab option unlocked after AAA called Animated Series or TV Show that allows you to make television shows on your game (like Pokemon), that earns you more people at G3 and allows passive growth of fans.

1 3. After Animated Series/TV show is unlocked you get to unlock Merchandise which unlocks the Merchandise screen when you right click.

For an upfront fee you can sell Merchandise, and the more fans the more income you make.

  1. Allow Research Lab option to make your own Game Magazine and then late Gaming Channel.

What I’d really, really love is some better feedback in the game reviews. When my game flops, why is it flopping? What’d I do wrong? When I have a classic, what’d I do right? Some basic feedback would do a lot to alleviate the feeling I have right now, where I’m basically pushing sliders at random and guessing.

This game is really AMAZING! But you can make it even better.

  1. Make the game mod-able.
Instead of making new things yourself, why not let the comunity mod the game? This would make the possibilites ENDLESS! More topics, more sorts of training, more systems, more everything!

That’s all the game really needs. :3

More stuff for me to do, you say?

Take your time, as soon as this game gets on Steam, it’ll sell

Hello,

youre Game is a good one. But the Gameplaytide was not on Maximum.
I Played the Game now 24 houres (realtime 3 days) and evry time i com to the secound Stage and out of the garage, all goes wrong.
The Problem is, the Game does not giv any feedback why and waht possibly could changed to make it.
I red in forums of players that reacht the end, hat ther own consol etc but i cant reach it.
The costs in the new stage are extreme even with only one partner. Trainig without making games is not possible, and why dos the skill not improve by making games?
Games made in the garage reach 7-10 and the same game with an better engine 1-4 wtf?
The game makes fun, but it leavs you alone and dit not tell you wehre is it worong.

Abother thing woult helpful, it wolt e grea, if the the Topicscreen shows you, what games you hav made with this topic, and was it great or not. (Maosoverscreen evtl.)

Good work, keep improving

Chonta

If make a game the same one right after the other one will give you bad reviews got try make other game before do like a sequel but at times i had the same problems as you too for while but after while i found better way and made it to the end

I did not make an fantasy/rpg and after another ans so on, i rotate ever both parts. but i use only parts for great combos, but in the after the garage all games get crap raitings, publisher deals impossible because te raitings mor worse.

Even with an new engine and an new grapic engine the raitings are crap. And the game shows not where the problem is exactly.
And how is it possible to train programmers over 300 if yo must create games…

try make some action games too? umm cause i got good raitings when i got in office

What’d be great is if instead of having to create a completely new engine, at a massive cost, why not be able to add onto an existing engine.

For example;
If after researching Dpad input, you have to develop a completely new engine even if it’s the only addition, at a massive cost if you’re a small company.

Why not be able to tack in the Dpad input onto the engine that’s already there?

After having read so many great ideas (and there are many) and realizing that there are just too many for these two guys to implement, I am thinking the best approach is just to add MOD support. By adding this in an official capacity and adding a location on their site where users can download which user created mods they want the players can customize their experience. The player should also be able to select which mods they wish to use at the beginning of their game (simple check boxes.)
