I have subscribed to about 7 mods on steam workshop, i am not downloading a single one.
Game is closed.
GameDevTycoon folder is not read-only
Steam runs as admin, GDT runs as admin
You have to go into the game. It will automatically download and update it.
Do you even have the beta??

I accessed the workshop mod page without the beta
having said that is the PAGE ONLY so it’s not the actual game
If you aren’t using the correct version of the game, it would not have the proper hooks into the workshop.

Workshop support is only in private beta. Unless you have GDT version 1.5.1 subscribing to items on the Workshop will have no effect on the game.
Having said that we will release Workshop to the public fairly soon

Yeah, i dont have the beta, i think thats why.
Any ETA on the workshop?

The devs said in another topic that “public release is coming soon”. Soon means 2 weeka - 1 month or less I guess.
