But I bought it when it has -30k, so I get that 30k. Lol

Notice the competitors having negative accounts in millions, Compared to the company I bought.
Will it affect the performance of the company If I bought it? (Investing does it but it’s still not available, so just wondering if buying it can also affect)
Also, I guess competitors should somehow slow down on making games, It’s still the 27th year, They have over 100 games & I just have 20+ games. Because as I have noticed, if you release chain games in a span of one year, the possibility of having a low score is pretty high. Competitors make 3-4 games every year. 102 games/27 years ,Av=3.7 games a year

And the statistics/details/information of the competitors cover two of my employee, so I can’t somehow click on them, Unless I click on the very spot where I can see a part of them, Like the hair of employee cheater 1 :smiley: .

It’s still awesome tracking competitors though and the company I bought giving me small revenues :smiley: :smile:

I observed when i always buy a company they lose thier money soon.The weekly revenue is to short time, i think monthly is would better.Example: i bought Ubicroft in the garage and the company had 300k money and after a few month get 150,and a watched it they created average games, so the weekly revenue drain slowly the money.

you should be able to name your competitors before you start the game. or when you buy them out you can change their name. just some ideas!

Only one MAJOR thing that NEEDS to be added. Game history so i can view what games the AI made.

A quick but verry important question, did the money of competitors stay relatively good until the 4th level?
Or better yet until you were able to publish large games?

Buying a company (currently) gives you about 0.05 revenue a week, this revenue is subtracted from their money… It used to be 2% a week but thats just crazy and would put competitors out of business in no time!

I uploaded a new version, I think this is the one… The one that’ll get the money right :slight_smile: so i can finally work on the cool features :stuck_out_tongue:

The accounts of the competitors is quite unstable, the only one that had stable money was the company I bought :smiley:
But in Year 35+, all of them went Kaboom, they went very rich :smile:

The invest button currently doesn’t do anything Kristof.

That’s a known thing. It isn’t implemented yet. You would’ve known that if you looked around here before reporting a known thing. :wink:

Hey @kristof1104, I had a somewhat novel, cosmetic idea for this: what about randomized names for your competitor’s games? Take each Genre and come up with a list of 20 or so Title elements, then take each topic and create a list of 15 to 20 title elements, and then randomly combine the two to create the name of your competitor’s game.

Example: Competitor creates a game with the RPG/Fantasy mix. RPG includes elements such as Legend of [X], [X] Quest, [X] Legend, [X] Story, Tales of [X]. Fantasy includes “Dragon”, “Crystal”, “Magic”, “Sorceror”, “Mana”, “Spirit”. The game could thus randomly roll “Legend of Dragon”, “Crystal Legend” or “Magic Quest”.

Would something like this be feasible as a goal once the basic mechanics are complete?

I just need people to test the game for now, other wise I can’t work on this mod anymore.
