Windows 7 launch error 5

Hi I was hoping someone could help me with a problem when executing game dev tycoon.
when I exe the file I get an error saying:

Setup couldnt create the map some map in appdata that always has a different value
error 5: access denied

I tried running as admin running as true admin and I tried to download it again.

Nevermind.
I was able to fix it by making a new profile downloading it there and sharing it.
