[Win] Unclickable Staff and Fill Position [SOLVED]

Hi,
whenever I’m in the last office, the programmer on the top left is almost unclickable, likewise when I try to fill the position there.
I have to maneuver the mouse around very carefully und hope to get lucky when I click around on the edge of the desk or the shadow. The point where I can click always varies.
I’m playing the game on XP, if that helps.

What screen resolution do you use?
