I bought GDT on Steam and played on the first time ok.
On the second time entering the game, the UI was in russian or other eastern language and I can´t change the language to english again.
I tried to change UI on Steam UI to en-us, since I used it on pt-br, but it did not worked.
Deleting local content and installing again did not work either.
Do anyone knows how to solve this?
Steam on X64 Win8 PC, 4GB RAM on Nvidia GFX 660GT
Main menu -> Settings -> Language
Then restart the game.

The only thing right about your video card is the “Nvidia” part xD And I wouldn’t have said anything but, I do wanna know where the “GT” part came from?
Which one is the “settings” and “language”? Ok, after trial and error i found something like "asldjaskldj (beta) and figured out that this was the one.
A suggestion, when the game is tranlated, keep the tag on buttons and the option to change the language with both versions, english and tranlated.
