Why is Bacteria Normal so hard?

First, evolve some infection stuff (Air, Air 2, Water, Water 2)

Second, Evolve some Ability’s (Cold Resistance, Cold Resistance 2, Drug Resistance, Drug Resistance 2)

Third, Wait until the whole world is infected and devolve all of the symptoms throughout the game.

Fourth, if the whole world is infected. Just evolve some symptoms until you get something with Lethality.
