[Solved] Marketing Campaigns Impossible

Hy everybody !
I think I have a little problem with my game : I’m at the 20th year of the game (M9 A20 S2) and I still have no possibility of making marketing campaigns. I am very suprised of it, even if I can play without. I am in the 2nd upgraded office.
What do you think of it and of what I have to do ?

Have you used any mods?

Maybe you just don’t know that u have to use “marketing” while u are creating a game. Before and after its not possible…
