Anyway: @Akamadoushi As Drakin said, the amount of information is extremely helpful however, for some people the thought that amount is daunting so I tried to show how you could break it up into smaller parts.
As for the budget…em…I say go ahead anyway, you’ve put a lot of effort into the recent campaigns and there’s no point delaying them. I might use the system as a guideline system rather than hard-set costs.
@Drakiren 7.5 is the units sold. I think in an earlier post, I calculated it to be 1.3% but if you want to be sure (my windows calculator isn’t the most trustworthy/sophisticated thing).
@Xhanada-So far the starting console positions are took (you can still work your way up to releasing one later),however I’m not exactly sure about the status of Gamercon as I’m struggling to get info/updates currently.

Hmm…I’m going to say C; a mixture of A and B, leaning towards B.
The merchandise is a separate income source, but the parent franchise and the merch promote each other. A hardcore fan of the game is more likely to buy merch, but the merch also spreads awareness of the game. Someone who’s never heard of Voidrunner might find an awesome gunship model in a hobby store, branded with the Voidrunner logo, and look into it.

Mac is doing an Revise on a system for Production costs,Marketing Costs. which is not tied towards the Dev cost, meaning they are seperated but will be togheter an overall cost of your game/ Console.
But as i said it is still thought out since the last one needed a bit of tweeking.
Hmm oh yeah not sure yet how it works but research towards new tech (console tech,graphics etc) can be made but there you will have to ask him specificly how you do that.
