when i try and do a game report it works but then after that i get no data from it. i’m using Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5
Nothing shows or you get a message then no further insights have been made?

no further insight have beeen made and also it deleted all the insights i had before
The message “no further insight” happens when basically everything there is to know has been revealed.
As for the already been made insights being deleted, i am not sure how that happens.

no what i mean is it shows for example that zombie and action are a good combo and then when i go to make a zombie action game it doesn’t show it’s a good combo
That does sometimes happens when you make the same topic/genre on a different platform or have a different audience set.

it’s not just topic and genre it’s also everything else.
Are gameplay hints turned on?
Check menu under settings.
