[REL] [Tools] UltimateSuite - UltimateModEditor [0.4.5.39]

Yep you are right.
Fixes the CanDevelopLargeGame issue

It is already on the bugs list with a line over it, so I think that @alphabit already fixed it for the next update

The problem reported is not strictly a problem related to the project file itself.
It is an error that is caused by the way some internal stuff is handling the ā€œDependenciesā€ in the project settings.

To prevent this error to happen until the next update (it has been fixed in the upcoming version), please always enter the version number for the dependency explicitly!

@PatrickKlug @SlasherCrasher1

Double-Quotes and Special characters are handled and escaped correctly now.

Available in the next update.

###edit###
Also available in the next update:

Introducing a (simple) settings form, atm allowing to setup how the automatic application update should be handled. Also notice the new update subscription levels ā€œalphaā€ and ā€œbetaā€ that will allow you to be notified when a new alpha and/or beta version has been released.

The AutoUpdater and the xml structure of the accompanying update file, has been extended accordingly to fit the new requirements.

From the next version on, alpha and beta version notification can be enabled / disabled at your wish.
You might want also note that alpha and beta versions are always used at your own risk :wink:

The ā€œalphaā€ / ā€œbetaā€ downloading section seems to be a bit erroneous. Iā€™ll need to check it again (itā€™s a fairly new and quite untested feature).

For now, you can always download the latest alpha (if available) from:
http://gdt-ultimatesuite.abesco.de/updates/alpha/UltimateModEditor_LatestAlpha.zip

To download the latest beta (if available):

@alphabit i opened winrar and it said the archive and installer was corrupt

Please try again now. (The ZIP file was probably corrupted during FTP transfer late last night).

Thanks, itā€™s now working fine :smiley:

Guess itā€™s time to finally try that custom code section :wink:

Still very rudimentary, though :wink:

Please note that there are 2 custom code sections - BEFORE - and - AFTER -. Code is loaded in this sequence:

custom_before.js --> code.js --> code_after.js
