I was playing, (surprise surprise) and I went to load an old save. I got the error message “Cannot read property “progress” of null” and it said to report it to you. which i am doing. Any way to fix this? I’ve tried quitting and restarting, then it just gives me the message upon startup. I’m running it on windows , no mods, steam version, and i cant find the game version number. But i just donwlaoded it today if that helps. Great game, anyway! And can i continue after the 35 years, or does it end?

And, Do You use any mods?
I think that might be… Corrupted Save.

To send us the save files please follow these instructions:
Location of the containing folder:
On Windows 8 and Under:
Send us the file _file__0.localstorage contained in the Local Storage folder.
C:/Users/YOURUSER/Appdata/Local/Game Dev Tycoon/Local Storage/
where YOURUSER is your Windows user name.

In the mean time i would suggest starting a new game by hitting the ‘escape’ key once you reach the orange ‘click to continue’ screen. This will bring up the menu and allow you to start a new game.
