The “New Record” algorithm uses >= rather than just > to determine if your technology/design is a new record.
I’ve had “14” be my “new record” for design three times now!
That’s because to my knowledge those numbers AREN’T solid numbers.
So, one time it could be 14.1, then 14.2.
This was tested with the program “art money” which couldn’t get a grasp on any solid numbers, so they all must have extras to them.
Then they should be doing their (floor), (round) or (ceil) in there before they check for “new record”, not after.
