Achievements won’t transfer over to Steam and the overlay won’t work either. Also a Steam API .so seems to be missing.

Achievements don’t transfer over to Steam, they must be unlocked again, and with the large 1.4+ update we would highly recommend starting a new game to take advantage of the new features.

I bought the game just 2 days ago on Steam and the obly version I played was the latest one for Linux, so the switch to 1.4.* isn’t the problem.
Ah i see what you mean, Sorry i thought you were talking about from a non Steam to Steam version.
