I have 4 staff and 190,000 fans, but I’m stuck in the big building without the ability to make Large games. In my other playthroughs the game gave me Large by now. Anyone know what’s going on? :[ I’m also running out of time.

Well what I noticed, once you reach the last level (Big office), you have to research something I think and then you get Large Games, while if you want AAA games, you need a R&D Lab. Like RH said, please elaborate, Ill try my best aswell 
Now it’s year 25 and still no Large. I’m assuming this is the newest version since it auto-updates. I’m on the Windows 8 version playing from my PC. I’m in the office with room for 6 employees and I even have an R&D lab.
I’m constantly researching new things but Large never comes up. I’m doing pretty good with Medium games but I’ll never get a shot at AAA at this rate.
The requirements for Large Games are 4+ staff and 140,000 fans. If you have both of them, and are in a big office, then I am sure this is a bug. I play on Windows 8 as well and I hardly find any problems with the game overall, but this may be a problem. On level three, I found it hard as I didn’t know how to get to level four at Year 31 then I realized I needed one more staff so I did. If you have those requirements, then its a bug.

Thanks :] I just finished the game with only Medium games and still beat my high score so I’m not too bummed.
The only unusual thing I did was refuse to move into the 6-person office at first. Otherwise I turned out to be a lovable, Final-Fantasy-esque mid-size RPG dev and that made me very happy
Is it just me, or do I find Racing Games really easy to make huge profits off?
Usually,
Large Games are unlock with Staff 4 + 140,000 Fans and
AAA Games are unlock if you score 10 = Review 10-10-10-10 or 10-10-10-9 on Large Games (Research in R&D Lab)
Funny thing, you’ll have to move into the Office Level 4 (which is available
In Office Level 3 and Staff 4 and 16,000,000M cash and after Y13 M9 W2) in order to unlock AAA Games.
Btw to get R&D Lab, you must acquired In Office Level 4 (a Design Specialist within the Staff) just like Hardware Lab (you must acquire a Technologist Specialist)

Its weird because when I started in the garage, my third game was a racing game and go straight 10 ratings, so that was confusing o.O
