Every time I launch Game Dev Tycoon i get a message about a javascript error and to restart the game. However, restarting does nothing and if i just click okay and keep play it appears again after every mouse click. Is there a way to fix this? This is on mac.

Did you try unplugging it and then plugging it back in again?
Try turning it off then turning it back on.
In all honesty; if you show us the error message it can help us know what’s causing the error. You can take screenshots by pressing the PrintScr button and pasting it into paint by pressing ctrl v. Save the file, and upload the image here.

Did you ‘touch’ any files of the code?
Is there a way to just delete all game dev tycoon files and redownload it to get rid of this problem? I’ve tryd deleting the entire game dev tycoon folder via the mac library but when i redownload and play it the same thing happens
I can’t really help you if own own a Mac, but if the problem still exists:
- Delete all Mods and restart the game
- Re-install the game
- If you have the game on steam, verify game cache.
- If the problem Persists, contact @Charlie
- Delete your save files. (avoiding save corruption problems)
- Delete your game folder (removing extra files that Steam does not remove)
- Uninstall the game by Steam (it will then finish deleting it, so you can reinstall)
- Reinstall the game
- Verify game cache.
