Just to confirm, You started creating an engine, and then the procedure did not finish and the engine was not complete?
yes.
When I made a ‘AllInOne Engine 3’, I need 2400 point.
2399 point was finish.
My staff don’t make a only 1 point.
He made an engine, which he calls the "AllInone Engine 3."
When it started to produce, his team only made one point.
My guess is that the staff needs to have vacation time, but I don’t see why it isn’t producing more from the boss, who never vacations.

After you have sent us the saves i would suggest starting a new game. To do this as soon as the game hits the ‘click to continue’ screen press the ‘escape’ key and select ‘new’ from the menu.
