Game shutter on heavy bubble

The game run perfectly fine 34 year. And then in the last year, when I develop console, new game engine and Research at the same time. The game down to 1 Frame per few Seconds.
I think it cause of too many bubble or parallel process at the same time.

My best advice would be to invest in a graphics card as you have not included that information above, I can only guess that you are using the integrated chip.

As Steam states "Graphics: Hardware Accelerated Graphics with dedicated memory " your system listed above currently fails on that. Although the M3802 in the expert review article does have a an actual card, even though its very low end.

Dell latitude:
i5 2.5Ghz, dual core 4 thread
Ram 4gb
Intel HD graphics
Windows 8.1

Anyhow is this spec related, this game still gets kinda unplayable in late stage with dozens of bubbles flying around. It would be good to be able set for On Huge bubble at every person as it was suggested in one topics earlier.
Not only it will run smoother but even player will be better informed about how is each employee productive.

I’ve got a solution!!!
swipe to your r&d or hardware lab and then return!!!
