I played more than 60 years last night and the game stops in it’s progress two times.
One time a game developement was in the finishing progress and I clicked on finish but the result window didnot appear after that. I had to save and reload the game to continue with the progress.
This solution worked in both cases.

Yes, but in my opinion the game has more a problem to get an internal response or loses an internal state.
It looks not like that my hardware is too old in relation to this bug.
The game did not freeze really, it is more that the game does not continue with the next step.
In my opinion you should setup a bug tracking system if you do not want technical discussions in your forum.
Or show the bug category in a single page / tab only to avoid the mix with other forum views.
I think it is good that other customers get information about a problem and can search for them,
emails do not have these features.
