Letter to BM Game Studios

Iā€™d be glad to allow someone to make a game on my console. We will not be releasing until the time of next month, or the month after, depending on how fast we can get things done. If youā€™d like, work on a copy of your game with what we have, and as we build the console, you can work on your game.

((You need to sign up first at the Off Topic Thread.))

I did long ago, just releasing a last game before leaving

I have recently gotten a letter in similarity to yours. We will allow you develop a game on the console, however youā€™ll have to develop as we develop. Currently, we are just polishing things up on the console for release next month. Please consider developing your games before the release of the console, so you can sell on the release date of the console, or a similar date. License fees will not be a problem.
