Look at screenshots:
Basically the game glitched and did that negative 3 times.
There is no way to fix this except either edit your save game or use the CheatMod to add the fans back.

Do you use any mods perhaps? I’m not aware of instances where events would apply the outcome multiple times. I don’t remember seeing this before.

Even though this isn’t that big of a deal, the first prompt has a double negative. 
You may have lost fans for other reasons besides the “-2,245”
Alternatively, you may have lost “2,245” fans up until that prompt, and as the month continued, more fans followed suit.
@chizbejoe but they received 30k 3 times also, which would suggest the event “happened” three times
