Midgard Studios released their first game “Earthbound” Today and it got Avrage score of 6,75/10
The Game itself wasn’t bad, but could have been better, but for being Midgards Studios first game that was crowd funded it must have felt like a hit sale. it has also been flagged for comming to Bamboo Cane new Console.

Rick Palm commented on the Studio homepage that he was happy with the release and already was working on the next game, But that it would take longer time due to meetings and such with Bamboo Cane Inc Studios about a possible merger, But that it would not hurt the development of the games to much. He also stated that he had made drafts for a Game which he believes can become the starting pillar of his company. Which will be announced at a later date.

The second game in production is Called Village in the north, even though much isn’t known about this upcomming game, Rick Palm ensured all that the Retro aspect will be there just like the last game and that he is eager to show everyone that Midgard Studios have what it takes to be competing on the market.

After no response from Ubisoft nor ToT as of yet, Lai-Do has moved on for now.
On another news, the first official game of the coalition alongside Earthbound, Leisure Lounge Lardy, has been released. As the review by IGN states. “So, I was walking along, and I meet this hooker. The meaning of the game is to get Lardy laid. I get him laid without a condom? Game over. Made my day.” The game reached the rating of 7,5, a moderate success. A new era is coming.

Ubisoft’s movie ‘Assassin’s Creed: Legacy of Ezio’ is now in cinemas. Ubisoft has also shipped it’s Think-Send (UThink) to TPS, Bamboo Cane Inc. and Velvet Corp. Feedback has been pleasing

Rick Palm arrives to the meeting, He has brought with him a manuscript for a new game, Which is a Fantasy Strategy Game which he named “World of Fantasy”, it is a civilization type game with many features and micro managment.
The idea behind the Game is simply to build up your Civilization from a few individuals to sprawling nations facing a lot of problems along the way with barbarians, desieses and catastrophes, While also holding some Dynasty mode for the rules and an ingame editor that will slowly tell the history of your empire.

As for the name of the Coalition he was thinking of “Three Pheonix Entertainments” as a suggestion.

Bamboo Cane has agreed to Three Pheonix Entertainments, along with revealing their newest idea, only to the closest members of the coalition. Apparently he is waiting until the new, World of Fantasy, has been released, before he reveals the idea to the public.

After their holidays, Ubisoft is back in business and created a sequel to Day of Death. Called ‘Day of Death II’ not the most exciting name, but the game sure is! Like before you play various characters but on opposing sides, see what your enemies see and so on. You can even see your character die repeatedly. All in all there are about 20 story-lines and 4 game-modes. You can even start your own private organization with your friends. This was received very well, which average was 8.75.

Ubisoft has made no comment about the merging of BCI & TPE.

Ubisoft has locked their offices and buildings, what are they doing now?

A small screenshot has been leaked from Bamboo Cane Inc, containing a picture of a character creator, along with the new logo of Three Phoenix Entertainments, holding three phoenixes flying torwards one large sun. What could this new game be?

PC Gamer

It almost snuck past us but Midgard Studios Released their new PC Game called World of Fantasy.
It is a Fantasy Strategy game that remineds a lot of Dwarf Fortress and Sim City Togheter.

One takes care of a few induviduals and start to build a society that later on expands hopefully into a sprawling city and then an kingdom or empire.
The Game looks nice for being Graphically less complexed than what we are used to, but lies within the spectrum of what one expect from Midgard Studios. But what it lacks in Beauty it has in content, and History Editor and a lot of content will keep you playing for ages, even centuries. Hint Hint.

it is not without it’s flaws, the lack of tutorial and high learning curve like nothing seen so far, seariously lowers the score to a 7,5 of 10.

Wheter it will be ported to BCES is yet to be announced.

A fast port of World of Fantasy has been made to BCES. Some could say too fast. The port works basicly, but it has some bugs. Lai-Do has promised to fix these problems. But onto the more important news.
Universe of Fantasy! Apparently Bamboo Cane enjoyed the idea of World of Fantasy so much they decided to expand the idea to a MMO perspective! The game will be released soon, working on a buy once, never pay again concept.

:: Private message to Lai-Do ::
Midgard Studios Rick Palm is happy to hear that Bambo Cane Inc like World of Fantasy and supports the MMO expansion.

And also hope that it could become the first game and potential flagship of Three Pheonix Entertainments.

Universe of Fantasy is nearing it’s release! Why, we might say that it might just blow the bank!

((Quick question: how do we determine the date? im a bit lost of how fast things progresses and what date it is in this RP? is there a way to make it easier to follow?))

((Usually we go with One post ranging from one day to one month. Usually it’s two or three weeks.))
Universe of Fantasy has been released to almost unanymous fame! Everyone exept for IGN seems to like it, stating it to be a possible game of the year. Three Phoenix Entertainments is showering in money!

Scottish software engineer Marcus “Blotch” Peterson has quit his high paying job at the huge PC gaming company, Techwaresoft. Nobody knows what he will do next and are highly confused by his actions.

Velvet Co have joined forces with Sydney Miers and Fireaxes to create the fifth instalment in the alternate history strategy game, Civilized. Apparently Fireaxes were interested in taking advantage of the features of the Smoke Machine and Velvets unique hardware. Velvet will be including the Immersion they developed for Fight 4 Life, which will be used in various ways, such as during diplomacy screens with enemy leaders (The device can sense if you are lying, and it will make the enemy civilization not believe what you are saying!) The game will support Ubisofts Think-Send, which Velvet says has ‘unlimited potential’ The game has been very well received by critics, receiving mainly 8s and 9s. However it will only be available for the PC and the Smoke Machine. While Velvet claim that the game simply ‘doesn’t work’ on other consoles, gamers are angry that they have gone against their policy of releasing for as many consoles as possible.
In addition, there is still a huge mystery on the progress of Half-Dead 3. There has been little word in the past months, and rumors have it the game may have been cancelled altogether. fans of the Half dead series are understandably upset!

Also can people please slow down with posts? I hate how you guys are doing so much while others are away

(What happened to Electronic Mass Productions after Trippy hawkdude (owner) got arrested. did they just fall off the planet or something?) We at Breath Coding are throwing some ideas around about a new game, One idea we are interested in is a simulation game where your a “god” controlling the earth through the ages and the decisions you make could heavily change outcomes that happen in the future. We are going to release it only on the Umagine as we believe that it will have the hardware to keep up with the events without lagging. We might also implement a multiplayer mode were you have to rack up the most points for good decisions while demolishing the other players work. We hope to release it in 2 months.

Samuel Kessler has recently turned down the offer for a meeting between the Big Three. He says that he was done when he said he was done, and he has now said that he is shutting down Trick or Treaters Inc. He said it has been too much for him, but he says it is possible that the company will come back. This is a sad day in gaming.

With the unfortunate shut-down of ToT, Ubisoft has expressed great sorrow and founder Cazran Patmore has personally sent 3M in thanks of the fun and games in these past years.
