When choosing the combination the % are not working like it should

That’s not a bug. It’s showing that they will only be able to partially implement the extra features you chose on the right. Ideally, you want to see no percentages there, meaning the feature can be put in the game fully. So, you have to either choose less features for the game or raise the slider more.
