Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500/5100 Series
Sound Card: AMD High Definition Audio Device
when I’m testing the game on http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/ It says that I’m fine and the game shouldn’t lag that much
any way to fix this problem?

Depending on which graphics card you really have… But it does look like you are using a generic windows driver.
However AMD have a tool for determining which one to get, you can download the tool here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx#1

Another thing you could try, is make sure your laptop is plugged in and on a hard surface, so it doesn’t get too hot and set your windows power plan to “High Performance”, this can cure a lot of performance issues in games.
