  2. Have you used any other mods on that save?

  3. If so, your save is probably messed up, try starting a new game

If you want to prevent your save games from becoming corrupted i would advise against using mods that have WIP in the title. Your best bet at this stage is to to start a new game and remove the ‘GameTechnicalTycoon 0.2.1.1 {[W.I.P]} by ThatOneHuman’ mod untill it is out of WIP status and has been tested by the community.
