I tried to resync it but it dosen’t work. I desinstalled my game and reinstalled it and it dosen’t work either! can you help me???

Sorry to hear about that. I would suggest starting a new game.
To do this, as soon as the game hits the ‘click to continue’ screen press the ‘escape’ key and select ‘new’ from the menu. The error message may remain but once closed via the ‘x’ it should not recur. After you have created a new game, save it over the corrupt one.
