Well… Saves are stored in one file, so maybe just make magic in it and…
I should be able to export saves and toss them in a folder on the desktop eh?
Just in case there’s a ton of mods and I want to have specific saved games for each one so I can have my vanilla save and what-not.

Well, Windows 8 still has his own gaming experience but if you corrupt your save, the save is permanently destroyed. Use System Restore to undo your data. That’s only I know.
However I never haved a Windows 8, so I cannot help you.
Windows 8 made everything easier and (mostly) everything works on it.
I think Windows 8 still keep his own very powerful gaming experience.
