Can't scroll down in New Game Engine Options

Running on new Mac O.S 1.7>, any work arounds, fixes or help?
I have tried:

• can’t run on low resolution from ‘get info’ either as no option.
• tried running it in few browsers using ‘open package etc’ and (cmd +/-) does not fix either.
