Button "finish" at the beginning of the creation of the game

I happened a few times in the second level, the button “finish” has appeared at the very beginning of the creation of the game as you see in the picture below

I am running the game on Windows 8.1 Preview. What OS do you have.

Which OS you are using?
e.g. Mac 10.7.5 // Win 7 Sp1
Which Version of Game Dev Tycoon you are running?
e.g. 1.3.9.
