So when I hired my first employee, What happened, To me this has happened twice before
Is the employee not finishing training?
I mean the starting character which I named Victor MChotdog is unefficient
You are starting off to quick because that is the cheat save we talked about before.I’m guessing you jumped right to the second office and haven’t gotten the tutorial finished before training him for an employee that is the problem you have to let some of the starter things finish first before you train him.I think it happened to me too a while ago I just forgot about it.
You have to get staff management training or you can’t hire an employee, Ive played this game multiple times
I know but if you jumped to the second office before some of the first office messages came up you have to wait for them to come up sometimes or you are jumping ahead of where the game thinks you are and will get errors.
If you read the entire post, I have done this before without cheats and got there legit, When I hired my first employee the hiring board came up again, thinking I could get another employee I selected one and an error message popped up so I restarted the game, This time it wasnt as serious
Ah I see no Idea then if it happened on Non cheat ones too.Good luck with it.
That is natural.
Whenever you hire ANYBODY, your entire team, including your character, becomes inefficient.
This is to represent a group of people who aren’t used to working with eachother slowing down with the addition of new blood.
Each person you hire will further lower the bar.
Giving your new people the ‘employee welcome training’ will help kickstart their bar’s regeneration back up to full. Your own character’s bar will also regenerate on its own, but there is nothing you can do to hasten that.
Your best bet is to do your hiring in chunks of 2 employees. 2 employees when you first reach the 2nd office, 2 more employees when you’re ready to move to large games, and your final 2 employees when you want to prep yourself for AAA games.
Do NOT start a new game until the whole team has recovered their bars fully. New employees give a one-time review penalty to their very first game…unless you start them on a game before they’re fully recovered…then that penalty extends to their first two games.
The best thing to do to kill time is to make them do research, build a custom engine or just do easy contracts. That way the time waiting for the whole team’s efficiency to recovery isn’t completely wasted.
