Hi, I have encountered an oddity.
Once I gain a lab, I start a research on Internet Opportunities, with 210k budget.
The project starts, some guys came and I gain some progress there.
Later on, I decide to cancel the project, and clicking Yes to make sure I cancel the project.
After a while, I decided to restart the project again. I start the project again, set the same budget.
But no one came, and there are no progress. The cost of the lab is still deducted from my money each month.
Any ideas? Thank you. I have attempted to restart and reload the game, but it goes to no avail. There are no progress in the lab, although I have set the budget.
