I’ve searched through the forum but I haven’t found one like this so:
I’ve found a new employee during the development of a large game (someone with 800 design and 20 tech which is the case where the bar seems to work not perfectly); I’ve gave him the “welcome training” and when the 3rd development stage popped up (while the new employee was still training), I’ve seen that the numbers of tech and designed were correct but the percentage of commitment was %nan%. I’ve set him to be the graphics responsible but nothing happened (movimg the slides doesn’t helped to change the %nan%) and the game started to pop up the research balls but not the design and tech. Everyone was scratching his/her head or drinking the coffee
