[Bug] Bankrupt message every week

When i’m reaching at negative ballance, I’m getting pop-up message every week what says "Pay 200K or be bankrupt"
Also, there one more bug. When going lower than -200K, nothing happen, only again and again says, that you going to be bankrupt.

Which Version of Game Dev Tycoon you are running?
e.g. 1.3.9.
Which Edition are you using? Steam, Windows Store or Standard?

lol, you must be the luckiest pirate out there. Going bankrupt quickly as the pirated version will do (shame on you!) but it doesn’t end…

It’s only 9 dollars. You MUST have either credit card, phone (that you should have) or PayPal system. Otherwise, don’t play that game.

I completely agree with others. If you don’t buy it, then you do not support Greenheart Team. And their future games may be more bad than Game Dev Tycoon.

You probably did not meant to say that GDT is a bad game, but it sure does look like you did :smile:

my personal opinion about about game piracy:

With a platform such as steam and afforable games like Game Dev Tycoon, anyone who has a computer with internet
( that obviously has enough speed to download large file ) does not have any excuse to pirate games

Sorry me, but you should also think:
I’m 13 year old kid, whos parents DID NOT give money
Also, 1$ USD ≈ 8,1 UAH (I’m from Ukraine)
Next, lets count:
9$ USD = 9*8.1 UAH = 72.9 UAH

Even at my birthday I don’t have more than 50 UAH…
So, for 2 9$ games I should wait 3 years
Or, steal it. (From my parents)

When it comes to digital products its seems to be ok to have the ‘I don’t have the money for it’ excuse.

Asuming that when you are able to earn your own money, you will do the right thing and buy the games you want to play.
The biggest problem remains that most people will pirate even if they have the money to buy the games.
