Arrow keys locked to budget

Game Dev Tycoon bug

I just noticed a bug while playing the game.

When I use the arrow keys on my keyboard to navigate through the high end building the budget bar moves with it.
So if I move to the right the budget for wether the hardware lab or the R&D lab raises and if I move left it decreases.

It randomly occurs to me.

I’m running it on Windows 7 64Bit, i7 3820

I’ve seen this, but not every time I navigate that way. Steam 1.4.4 as well.

I’ve had this issue as well. It’s minor, though. It hasn’t caused me any problems.
