I have made many, many, many games with the 2D V1 and it wont level up. I make a game and it wont even show the progress bar. Im 27 years into the game if that changes anything.
I recommend in stalling cheats by krisstof and just level it up that way
You need to make a custom game engine to unlock 2D Graphics level 2
make a engine and you get 3D and 2D V2 V3 and more
