I am a big Romanian youtuber,with 73.000 subscribers,and i’ve made a series Game dev tycoon.Now,i of course monetized those videos and 2 of them got some claims
It says : Visual content administered by: 6:46
International Licensing Service GmbH
I have already sent them an e-mail,but please…if someone could provide me some information that they allow youtubers to monetize their game,i would appreciate it very much

As @Haxor said, Game Dev Tycoon’s music is prohibited to be shown on youtube because of legal reasons. So you must turn off the music to record 
First of all,its not the music being claimed,its the game,because my claim its a visual one,which means they have claimed the game.
I’ve had problems like this in the past,with Saints Row being claimed even if the publishers/developers didn’t want that,so all i did was to go on their site,and ask if they give permission to youtubers to claim their game,they said that its okay and they gave me some copyright information,where they stated that they give permission to youtubers to monetize their game.
So i disputed my claim,and showed them that the publishers gave me permission,they didn’t have what to say and the claim disappeared.
This is what i want from you too,some statement from where you can understand that i am allowed to monetize my content
Only statement I can do is “if” in Java.
Egh…i hope that some admins will watch this topic and help me out

We get asked this often, and many users have to fight incorrect claims.
I am back,and the problem has been solved,in a weird way though,but it has been solved

I think they didn’t have what to say,and released it,but its funny that it says “it hasn’t been reviewed in 30 days” even though i just submitted it 2 days ago xD
EDIT:Right now,I disputed my other video too ( 2 videos has been claimed,but i disputed only one,to see if it gets solved ) and they removed it instantly for the same reason

That’s super weird. Just to confirm: We have nothing to do with International Licensing Service GmbH and are not making claims on YouTube Let’s Plays.

I think that they are only after money,they claim your video,which means they take the money on the views which are coming.
As i said,it’s not the first time when it happens,i had the same problem on Saints Row,and i did the same thing
I went after the developers and spoke with them about this,they said they have no idea why this is happening and they didn’t put any of those claims,they just gave me some statements about the game being free to be monetized,and that’s all
was there any info on what their claim is? I’d like to be able to tell them to stop harassing our players!

The sad part is that some of the youtubers,are getting scared when they see a claim,also on youtube it says that if you dispute,you risk to get your channel closed if the information you give them is fake.
So its kinda tricky,most of them just let the claim stay there,but i knew that they were fooling me and i could take the claim off very easy
