You can download UME, but it runs only on Windows and has obsolete mods. Have you even tested this mod yourself?

While I do agree with you that UME is not very good, don’t be so mean to him; he’s obviously just having trouble with modding. And @alex31997 if you want to make a really good mod, try learning JS and creating one on your own, you might enjoy it.
