As far as I know he is… just not as actively as in the beginning. 
He has physically abandoned the mod. He refuses to answer any questions too.
He has never stated that, and it’s not true either. If so, I’d like to have a source. I can of course also ask him on Skype.

Yeah, he is very silent and refuses to even write that he is working on the mod. I got no source.
He doesn’t refuse anything in that case. Refusing is only used when someone actually says: ‘No/I refuse’’. In this case it’s not refusing… he hasn’t been online for quite some time and you’re just making it up… he might just get crazy by all the people asking every minute about the mod.

some of us dont feel the need to have 4096x2048 resolution, i like my eyes, i do not need scorched retinas.
Some of the hardware i use would make you shriek, in my gaming rig my 16 year old soundblaster pci512 is still humming along happily, my 21 year old model M keyboard is still click/clacking, and my 1995 microsoft ball mouse still gets it done in COD.
I just finally gave up CRT monitors (i regret that but too late now), my screen resolution is 1280x720 and i run Windows XP 64bit edition.
I like the look of this mod I will be downloading it when I get home from college but I like it 
He’s just saying, GDT has a minimum resolution (It’s still possible to play on a lower resolution, but not everything shows)
I know that, it just erks me when everytime microsoft says they are done making hotfixes for a perfectly fine working system everyone starts tossing the flowers in the grave.
I don’t have a big resolution either, so where did you get that information from?
My resolution is 1366x768 on a laptop.

i have the same resolution, but most of the time i have my laptop plugged into my 1080p monitor

the game works fine at 1280x720, never had any problems
my monitor is a 1920x1080 but i cant stand all the elements being so small and sharp so i drop it to 720p.
