Windowed mode for demo version

I’ve had the demo version on a small computer. The screen is too small , is there anyway for a windowed mode for the demo version? PLEASE LET IT HAVE THE OPTION FOR THE WINDOWED MODE ON GDT DEMO But of course I’ve bought the game already but I really wanna play the demo version.

ctrl+alt+enter doesn’t work?

No , sadly it doesn’t. I’m on a 800x600 resolution laptop.

Edit : My display is a Generic PnP Monitor on Standard VGA Graphics Adapter

Here’s what I get off my laptop monitor :

I don’t get to play because of my screen ( can’t press start button )

The game doesn’t support such low resolution. Sorry.

Ahh very well , just have to wait for my other gaming CPU… a few more days…

How much is the low and high resolution numbers?

Our Current Minimum Supported Resolution is 1024x768 but higher is recommended to avoid losing the edges of buttons etc.
We haven’t had anyone say that their resolution was so big it caused problems:) If i do I will add that data

Thanks Charlie , I’ll post other bugs about resolution.

Thanks Charlie, Im playing on 1920x1080, so thats high so far: p

I can report that everything on the upper and lower thirds of the screen is inaccessible while running in nVidia Surround with a resolution of 5040x1050, which makes the demo completely unplayable (can’t even see the Finish button for when the first game is completed). I didn’t think to grab a screenshot, I was a bit annoyed that after jumping through all the little hoops (disabling my antivirus and firewall, as well as setting 256 colors just to get past the white screen bug), I couldn’t even try the game, so I just alt-tabbed out and closed it.

I know, my system’s a bit strange and in that very small percentage of hardware that completely baffles people who have to support games.

@Madrias
Did you try just using one monitor? Multi monitor displays have been known to cause oddities in some games.

Didn’t think to try that. Sorry. I’d just like to see multi-monitor supported in more games, seeing as it is a strangely immersive experience. I’ll try breaking Surround next time, see if it can work in single screen.

Launched the Demo on my secondary screen (used for monitoring, usually), played through my first 5 years. Once I’ve got some cash, you guys have yourselves another buyer! This game is awesome. I thought, from watching a lot of reviews of it, that it’d be too fast paced, but it’s just fast enough to feel hectic without being overwhelming.
