I’m in the second office and just had a couple mega hits on my own. I’m sitting on 20M with 3 employees and have yet to move onto the 3rd office building. It’s year 12 and month 10.
You need to have 4 employees to move to the third office.

I had 3 employees when I moved to the third office
you need 30M and the third office cost 8M, I moved on year 22 
When I played my probably 9 time I had 4 employees and 50M and I didn’t move until year 18

25 year game = last office year 13 month 10
30 year game = multiply by a factor of 1.2
35 year game = multiply by a factor of 1.4
