Trying to see if I understood your post correctly: You want to be able to buy a Game Engine, so that instead of investing money in making your own you use them to buy a license from some other company of who made an engine for you. Correct?

well, for a while you should have to buy or “rent” one from a company till you have the money AND man power to make one.
