I have bought the game and when I click the icon I get a loading symbol nothing happens please help

I have but to no avail
No errors or anything? Any identifiable hint other than just “loading and nothing happens”.

When i click it it says allow program to make changes to the computer and i press yes but nothing happens
When you’re looking at the game bug, press a key on the keyboard that says “prt sc” and “sysrq” (The text are on the same key).
Then go on to a photo editor program like Paint, Paint.NET, Photoshop, or whatever, and paste the picture, and then save it.
And then upload it with the picture logo in the post box!
How do i show that it doesnt launch it is literally just double click and the game doesnt launch it just stays on the desktop its not on the game

Hey, did you purchase from the Windows Store or from our website?
I would suggest adding an exception for Game Dev Tycoon to your antivirus. If you let me know which AV you are using I will find you a guide. Then restart your computer and reinstall Game Dev Tycoon.
Also please make sure you are running as administrator.
At the moment im using norton free trial and i purchased game dev from the website
To let you know it was working perfect yester day
It may be that Norton Updated yesterday and a file from Game Dev Tycoon was added to their Blacklist. Here is a guide to creating an exception;

After you have created an exception, restart your machine to finalize the exception process. Then please reinstall Game Dev Tycoon using the download links email you were sent upon purchase by Fastspring. Reinstalling will make sure that any files Norton Quarantined are now restored.
I have good and bad news the good news is i got it working again the bad news is i had to get a pirate version but i did still pay so really you could say i got it legit thanks for the help every one
Boss, people are using illegal copies of our game instead of buying it legally. If this goes on we will surely go bankrupt.

Make sure you restarted your PC after uninstalling and installing!
Why did you use a Pirate version? If you need to redownload you can email orders@fastrsping.com with the email address associated with the account and they will resend your download email if you have deleted it by accident.
You’re in for a bit of a …different game experience with the pirated version. Just redownload it.
