When do you think 1.4.0 will be released. I think it will release July 23, 2013.
Someone said, it will be released in August, when the Steam Version is ready.
The date is somewhere most likely relating to mid-late August, or early-mid September. Once 1.4 is out, thats when Steam Version is out, and they are fully focusing on Patch 1.4.
