One of my employees seems to be capping at 499 design, and I can’t figure out why. I want to get her to 500 design so she can get boost but it just wont level.
I noticed the same thing - looks like the cap is set so that you can’t hit 500 (and thus qualify for Boost) before level 5. At level 5, read a book, pop past 500 and hey, new training applicable!
But my employee IS level 5…
You need to choose the higher training method. “Practise practise practise” caps at 499 and “Teach and Learn” is for 500-899
…Oh. That doesn’t sound right, then… Hmmm, maybe there’s a limiter on how much you can learn from books? (Assuming, of course, that you’re using the 5RP books, rather than later training tools…)
