I would really like if it was like under 3,10€ because I only got 3,10€ in my steam wallet :p. Please make the release a little cheaper

The game will likely be the same on Steam as it is through any other medium. That is, $7.99 or the equivalent thereof.
That being said, however, Newly released games on Steam are often given a sale price for a few days to encourage early adopters.

steam game is locked to 1 account , while from other medium you can install on many other PC/Friend because installer
Yeah… with Steam (just as with the Win 8 Store version) you can install on any many PCs as you like because it’s tied to your account, so it’s assumed you’re not going to be giving out your passwords (which is a violation of the terms for both Microsoft Accounts and Steam). Whereas the Desktop version is limited to only 3 PCs for personal use - not for sharing among friends (except to demo the game wherein your friends are expected to purchase their own copies).
I think that the game should be the same price, whats the matter with the price? Its only $8, so its very cheap, and with the amount of bugs they are going to fix and the implementations by the time the game gets released in August, its easily worth $10, hell, its even worth $50 now.
Well… I dont have much money in my steam wallet/paypal only 2$ on paypal and 3.10€ on steam.

How? :P, Only way I have gotten money is from some android app and selling steam trade cards on steam.
