You mean the one where someone steals your credit card and you lose money?

Here it is :

* At least 2 staff including you
* 500K in the bank
* Credit Card not stolen before
* Evil => 2 

You lose 7% of your total cash.

I had it twice in one play through before, how do you get evil?

I wrote that. Basically evil stuff like espionage and refusing aircon gets you evil points
