What to set Pre-Filter Applicants?

I read that for my first staff I spend around 200k. What do I set the Pre-Filter Applicants?

Depends on what kind of Staff you’re looking for, though sometimes it didn’t have much effect for me.

From what I can tell:

Complex Algorithms: Applicants high in Technology
Game Demo: More or less balanced between Design and Technology
Show Reel: Applicants high in Design

Pretty much, but as I said, it doesn’t seem very strict. It would also be nice to get better people apply for jobs when you’re a larger company at the third office. I would get people applying with 300 ratings while my other employees have like 700/700.

Don’t underestimate the importance of Research and Speed either, they’re very useful!
