I’m at the point where i can specialise some staff in training menu. You got 9 specialization optoins but only 7 staff members, so witch should i pick or am i able to specialise in more then 1 category??

When creating your game, what part do you use the most?
Gameplay, sound, level design, etc
Depends on the genre that i’m making, i mostly make simulation or RPG’s
So you use, gameplay, level design and graphics the most. Specialize your staff in those sections before going for the other 6.
Are there specializations that affect others in any way?
I don’t believe so. But, you can try and find out

I found this info on another site dunno if it’s true tho.
Also notice that there are four specializations that are exactly the same.
The copied ones are Gameplay and Story/Quests (720D/180T), and World Design and Sound (540D/360T). What you gotta do is get 5 people in every field that isn’t one of those four, then get one person in either Gameplay and Story/Quests, and one person in either World Design and Sound.
With the right slider allocations, you shouldn’t have to overwork those who are specialized for those doubles either
