Before I begin, I just have to say that I love this game. I’ve finished it twice. Recently, however, I began experiencing the “Quota Exceeded Error: DOM Exception 22 Glitch” error. I want to re-download the game so I can get the patch that fixes this; this problem is that I can’t find the email. Does anyone know what the email is entitled?
I swear to god you just copy-paste this response to anyone who has problems with updating the game, regardless of what the problem is. You’ve done it to me, you’ve done it to this guy. Just stop. Be helpful for once.

Please try a different browser in its default state with no optional security add-ons such as pop up blockers. also make sure your antivirus doesn’t have extra security for web browsers.
What needs to be in this email? Credit card details? Name? Telling me these things would be helpful. Don’t want to sound pesky.

Its fastest if you email orders@fastspring.com with as much informationa as you can;
State the payment method you chose
Your name as it appears in the payment method you chose
If you paid via paypal then the email address linked to your paypal account
On your bank statement will be a ref number, you can also quote that too or attach a screenshot of that part
FastSpring are very diligent in their fraud checks so will take it from there.
