to train your employes you use cr but what is cr and how do i get it?
Cr (credits?) is your money. 
I believe it is called RP in the version I’m playing, and in english language, it stands for research point and used as research currency. Late in game, both G3 and university training will require money in addition to RP /CR. To get it you simply make games, create engines, and do contract work.
